What is encouragement coaching?

Encouragement Coaching is a heart-centered approach to self-discovery and healing. It helps you shift perspective, understand your experiences with compassion, and reconnect with your true self. Through simple practices and supportive guidance, you’ll learn to prioritize your well-being, set healthy boundaries, and overflow with self-love and inner wisdom—illuminating your life from the inside out.

What to expect from encouragement coaching

Encouragement coaching sessions take place on the phone or in person. In each session, you will be gently guided through one or more exercises and/or experiences including meditation, visualization, mirror work, writing affirmations, and more.

At home, you will be encouraged to engage in self-discovery practices such as journaling, meditation, and the daily use of affirmations. Messages and ideas may come to Caralyne in between sessions, and she will send these along to you.

In her Agreement to be honest, kind, understanding, accepting, empathetic, loving, and compassionate in listening and sharing, Caralyne holds a space for self-acceptance, self-love, and compassion. As you experience deep emotions — from deep sadness all the way to elation and appreciation — she will encourage you, support you, celebrate you, be grateful with you, appreciate you, and stand for you to be your best friend. Loving yourself, illuminating from the inside out.

All Encouragement Coaching experiences will take you on a gently guided journey within. It is strongly suggested & encouraged that you pledge to Yourself a time investment commitment into the new self-discovery practices daily at home as they are introduced: journaling, meditation, mirror work, and the use of affirmations and any other inspired actions you have created for yourself to do during our time together.

This encouragement coaching experience is for you if you are in a big transitional time in your life. Are you questioning all you have thought to be true? What you have always believed? Who you thought you were? What you had planned for the rest your life? What to do now?
This transitional time can feel really scary. However, it can be the beginning of the best time of your life. You have everything you need to create a life you love to live — being who you really are, doing what you love doing, and manifesting everything you desire.
No matter what happened when you lost yourself in a title (mother, aunt, sister, daughter, etc.) a job, or a spouse, your soul is more than these titles and you deserve to express and share all your gifts and talents with this world. I would love to help guide and encourage you through the discovery process of who you really are, authentically bringing this into life and taking inspired actions in the direction of creating the life you always dreamed of living.

This encouragement coaching experience is for the big dreamer! You will be guided and encouraged to explore & discover what lights you up! This Inspired light leads you to the creative process of how to merge all the skills, wisdom from life experience, and knowledge you have gathered along your lifetime. Discover how to set goals, and use your courage and power to step into inspired actions. Theses actions are needed to move in the direction of your highest self and deepest desires fulfilled.
We will celebrate every little and big success you experience. We will examine what you learned from the life experience that seems to be a hindrance to your forward motion.
I am willing to expand into the true Essence of who I am in full expression and expansion. I am willing to get comfortable being uncomfortable! I am willing to take risks, do the things I am most afraid of and courageously live fully, out loud in full expression!

A Message from Caralyne

Love yourself, illuminate from the inside out

I facilitate groups through experiential activities to cultivate love for yourself. Gain relief from limiting old beliefs through identifying them and learning how to write positive affirmations that attract your dreams to you. These actions cause the process of Forgiveness to take place in your life so you can love all of yourself, and extend grace, love, understanding, empathy and love instead of harsh judgment and criticism to yourself and others.

Learn how to set boundaries that allow you the space to care for yourself and to experience feeling empowered in your mind and heart so you can be loved with your heart wide open full of love. Love and acceptance come from the inside and radiate out from your own heart and this attracts it to you!

Things like resentment, judgment, comparison, fear and living life for other people so they will like you or approve of you, aka other people pleasing, block love from being attracted. Past patterns keep us in justified behavior, blame, and making other people wrong and being focused on winning. Create stuck family patterns of dysfunction, co-dependency and dis-orders that all create dis-ease. Dis-ease is a thinking feeling problem long before it ever reaches the mind first then the body. Remembering our thinking/ thoughts create our beliefs, our beliefs create our feelings, and our feelings create our behaviors.

So if we change our thoughts we can change our beliefs, and our beliefs change our feelings that change our behaviors.
